Nanomaterials for Energy and Environment

The "Nanomaterials for Energy and Environment" (NEE) division is responsible for conducting studies and research work on:

  • The development of nanomaterials for solar energy (high-efficiency photovoltaic cells).

  • Nanostructured energy storage (all-solid-state batteries, thin-film batteries, lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors).

  • Nanocatalysis for clean energy production (green hydrogen, CO₂ conversion).

  • Nanotechnologies for pollution control (water and air purification).
