The Department for Monitoring Scientific and Technical Activities is responsible for:

• Monitoring and supporting research projects carried out by the research divisions of the centre;

• Contributing to the development of control software for scientific equipment;

• Maintaining computer equipment and implementing computer security mechanisms;

• Setting up a web server and managing the centre's website;

• Establishing and monitoring the quality assurance process;

• Maintaining and developing scientific equipment.
